Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds for change of mind or if you make a wrong decision. However we want you to be happy with our product so please contact us and we will do our best to help.
In the instance where a refund is granted - Please advise of your intent to return your item and include your contact details (Full name, Email and Contact Number) A description of the item being returned, order number and reason for return. If your order has not been despatched we can cancel your order straight alway.
If your order has been despatched. a refund will only be processed once we have received items back (return postage at buyers expense) and items inspected and shown to be in as in new condition, not used, no stains, or wear and include all original packaging.
Please note: items must be sent out within five (5) business days of the return being lodged.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.

Please advise of your intent to exchange your item and include your contact details (Full name, Email and Contact Number) A description of the item being echanged, order number and reason for exchange. Items must be sent out within five (5) business days of the exchange being lodged (return postage at buyers expense). If you are exchanging a product that is faulty – the postage will be covered by us.
If the product is in stock and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please note: When exchanging goods you must return all of the componentry, in as new condition and including all original packaging.
